Aleksandra Zaniewska is a compliance expert who supports clients in designing, implementing, and optimizing compliance management systems (CMS). She specializes in identifying and mitigating regulatory and operational risks, as well as designing KYC and due diligence processes for contractors. She helps organizations build a culture of ethics by overseeing whistleblowing systems and implementing ESG policies and processes.

She has been building her professional experience since 2003, which she gained over two decades within the structures of the international capital group Comarch. As Head of Compliance, Legal & ESG, she supervised control functions, internal audit, and supplier management. For many years, she also served as Investor Relations Officer (IRO), responsible for fulfilling the disclosure obligations of a listed company and cooperating with the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and the Warsaw Stock Exchange. She also has extensive expertise in corporate insurance and negotiating insurance coverage terms.

Aleksandra’s high professional qualifications are confirmed by numerous industry certificates obtained in 2024 and 2025, including Approved Compliance Expert, Approved Whistleblowing Officer, and Approved AML & Sanctions Officer. Her knowledge covers comprehensive risk management, anti-corruption programs, and risk mapping and reporting to management boards.

She graduated in financial and insurance mathematics from the Faculty of Applied Mathematics at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow and completed postgraduate studies for sworn translators at the Jagiellonian University. She is fluent in English, which allows her to freely carry out international projects.

Privately, she is passionate about fantasy and science fiction literature, which helps her combine an analytical approach with openness to unconventional solutions.
