Oleksandr is a legal advisor specializing in legal services for foreign investors, especially small and medium-sized enterprises. He supports them in investing in Poland and in running and developing their businesses. He has extensive experience in international projects related to the acquisition and sale of companies and acquisitions. He cooperates with lawyers from various countries, providing clients with comprehensive support in the international arena. He also handles extradition cases.

For more than 20 years, he has been advising business entities in many industries, with a particular focus on the IT sector, where he has led numerous large implementation projects. He specializes in serving foreign clients, especially those from Ukraine, helping them understand the Polish market and legal regulations.

He graduated from Jagiellonian University with a degree in law. He provides legal services in Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and English.

Privately, he is interested in social psychology.
