Konrad is a legal advisor specializing in corporate law. He has been providing security and legal care for companies, their owners and board members for 15 years. He advises on the establishment, operation, transformation, mergers of companies and their daily operation.

He has been practicing in the field of M&A transactions since 2006. He has structured and negotiated a total of dozens (+90) transactions involving the sale of shares of companies and their significant assets. He conducts liquidation and bankruptcy processes. He advises effective tax solutions to companies and their shareholders.

Konrad’s second area of specialization is real estate law. His clients are both passive investors and those pursuing construction and development investments. He advises at every stage of investment – from the analysis of investment opportunities, through the acquisition of real estate and the investment process, to the commissioning of the building. He conducts cases and defends the interests of clients before administrative authorities and courts.

His primary value is the quality of the advice he provides. He is convinced that in this way he helps build a stable foundation for his clients’ business development.

He graduated in law from the Jagiellonian University. He is fluent in English, also serving foreign entities investing and operating in Poland.

Privately, he is an amateur tennis player, mountain and road cyclist.
