Karolina is a trainee attorney with several years of experience in labor law, corporate law and M&A transactions. She provides comprehensive advice in the field of labor and corporate law, and conducts processes of liquidation, transformation and merger of commercial companies.

Provides full legal advice in the field of corporate and labor law. Supports entrepreneurs in the daily challenges of running a business. She prepares and reviews commercial law and civil law contracts, as well as prepares labor law documentation and represents clients in labor matters.

She holds a degree in law and applied psychology from Jagiellonian University, as well as a degree from The Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C.*. She is fluent in English, which enables her to work effectively with foreign clients.

Karolina attaches great importance to understanding the individual needs of each client, is fully committed to ongoing projects and strives to achieve mutually agreed upon goals.
