Anna is a legal counselor with extensive experience related to serving entrepreneurs from Central and Eastern European countries, especially Ukraine. She advises clients on contract law matters, also conducting negotiations with clients’ counterparties, and corporate law. She handles many cases in the field of migration law, including obtaining Polish citizenship, obtaining residence permits in Poland, granting international protection or procedures to prevent extradition.
For more than 10 years, she has supported clients in entering the Polish market from the selection of a business form, through its establishment and ongoing operation. She has advised on many real estate acquisitions by foreign entities, including obtaining the necessary permits and property audits. She was also responsible for the registration of trademarks owned by clients in both the domestic and European systems. She has conducted dozens of successful migration cases with a high degree of complexity.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University and holds a master’s degree in cultural studies from the Institute of Russia and Eastern Europe at Jagiellonian University. She has experience in conducting numerous seminars, classes, lectures and workshops for diverse audiences (ranging from classes popularizing legal culture for elementary school children, to classes for students, to seminars for foreign investors in Poland).
In his daily work, he values openness and trust in his relations with clients, as well as efficiency. She is always looking for solutions to conclude cases according to clients’ needs and expectations.
Privately, she creates and researches ceremonial art, creates Christmas ornaments based on interwar design and maintains a handicraft blog.
