He has extensive experience in conducting business acquisitions (M&A), negotiating commercial contracts and has the expertise to advise on the implementation of new technologies.

He is fluent in English, which allows him to work with international clients. He graduated in law from the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski University in Cracow.
