Investment and construction process
In 2024, we advised a client on the acquisition of a tenement house with a view of Wawel in the center of Kraków. To ensure the full security of the transaction, we conducted a comprehensive legal audit of the property, assessing and mitigating potential risks.
We supported the client in negotiations with the property owners, who were divided into two separate groups, requiring additional coordination on our part. The ultimate plan was to establish separate ownership of individual units within the tenement house, which necessitated appropriate agreements with administrative authorities.
The legal situation of the property was complex, but our recommendations helped the client make an informed decision and secure their interests.
