In 2024, we negotiated a lease agreement for a client who owned nearly 2 hectares of land in a location perfectly suited for the construction of an energy storage installation. The lease and investment opportunity attracted the interest of one of the largest players in the renewable energy sector (RES).

The lease agreement was to be concluded for a period of 30 years, with the condition that rent payments would be contingent upon the actual ability to carry out the investment under conditions required by the investor (tenant). The negotiations, therefore, covered all aspects of the lease terms but primarily focused on setting deadlines and conditions for the investment’s execution.

With our support, the client secured a long-term agreement that paved the way for a modern investment while effectively protecting their interests.
