Ilona specializes in advising on commercial company law, business law and civil law. She advises clients on transactional matters, as well as supports them in ongoing corporate services. She also prepares and negotiates contracts in business transactions.

She has worked in law firms for more than a dozen years, constantly building her professional experience in the field of business law. She has worked with clients in the construction, fuel and real estate industries, among others, supporting them in corporate processes and ongoing projects. She has conducted numerous due diligence studies of companies and real estate, merger and transformation processes of companies and handled real estate investments.

She received her law degree in 2012, after which she completed her legal counsel training and has held the title of legal counsel since 2016. She is fluent in English.

In her free time, she enjoys exploring the history and culture of the region where she lives and tending to her home jungle.
