Krzysztof is a legal advisor with many years of experience in corporate law, M&A transactions and new technologies. He advises companies on complex M&A processes and IT contract negotiations. He also supports entrepreneurs in managing personal data protection. In all these areas he takes into account tax aspects, which makes his advice comprehensive.

During more than a decade of working at a law firm, Krzysztof has advised on M&A transactions with a unit value of more than PLN 50 million. He has also led transformation projects, including cross-border projects. As a Data Protection Inspector, he supports clients in data processing issues and represents them before the PUODO.

He graduated in law from Jagiellonian University and completed postgraduate studies in management at SWPS. He is fluent in English, which allows him to work with international clients.

After work, he is passionate about sports – volleyball, cycling and skiing, which allows him to maintain a work-life balance.
