In 2023, we advised a client on the sale of one of the most recognizable office buildings in Poznań. The building was fully commercialized. At the same time, the transaction required the buyer to take over the financing, which had been secured through a financial institution. As a result, the transaction required precise coordination and adaptation of terms to its specific nature.
